How long for special orders?

Depends on the specific designer. Some designers can take up to 4-5 months, whereas our in house exclusive lines are available in 10 short weeks. With that being said, we have over 200 gowns in a wide variety of sizes in store ready to be purchased and taken home that day!

Where should I start looking for my dream dress?

Pinterest is a great way to start nailing down your dream style. There is no better way to find your dream dress than  booking an appointment, seeing all styles in person, and trying them on in store with a dedicated stylist. Bringing a Pinterest board can help our stylists in finding your gown!

Can I bring guests to my in-store appointment?

Guests are encouraged, no girl can make this big of a decision without their closest friends and family:) A good number to have on the big decision day is no more than 4!

Why do I need an appointment to try on wedding dresses in-store?

Finding your dream dress should be an exciting, luxurious experience. We make it a priority to give each bride an experience that makes them feel valued, beautiful, and heard by having a devoted space for them to try on and a stylist that can help them see the vision.

NOTE: all brides are welcome to come in, browse our selection, and get a feel for Benita’s without an appointment.

NOTE: no appoinitment necessary for tux or prom or mother of the bride.

What can I expect at my in-store appointment?

You can expect a dedicated seating area for your guests, a devoted dressing room, a professionally lit walkway area and stage to reveal the dress to your guests, and a professional bridal stylist to help make the vision come to life. 

How long is the appointment?

1 hour.

How can I change or cancel my appointment?

We value our bridal stylist’s prep time and expertise therefore there is no refund of the $30 for a premier bridal appointment if it is canceled. With that in mind, if you need to reschedule, we encourage you to do so by calling (360) 692-9600 and planning a new date free of charge.

How many dresses can I try during my bridal appointment?

There is no limit to how many dresses you can try on! Within the hour time frame, we notice brides trying on 5-6 wedding gowns.

Can I customize my dress? (add sleeves, train, and shape)?

We have an in-house seamstress that specializes in making your dress fit perfectly to your body. She can add sleeves, hem, add a bustle, and other modifications as needed.

How can I pay for my wedding dress?

There are several ways to pay for your gown. We also have a 0-interest layaway plan that is very affordable for the brides that want to pay in increments.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any purchases.

How can I share my Benita’s Experience?

We love to stay in touch with all of you! Whether you purchased a bridal gown, prom dress, formal gown, or rented a tux, tag us in your pictures so we can see the final look:) We will share them to our Instagram as we are tagged!

Do you offer plus size wedding gowns?

We have Julietta which is a line that specifically offers wedding gowns for a curvier bride. We have these gowns ready to try-on and take home day of or special order in other sizes/colors. Every bride deserves to feel beautiful in their dream gown!
