You are welcome to come in and browse our selection and experience our boutique before scheduling an appointment. We have over 150 styles for you to choose from.  Please feel free to book your appointment at benitas.com or call 360-692-9600.  We are happy to assist.

What can I expect at my Bridal Appointment?

Finding your dream dress should be an exciting, luxurious moment. We make it a priority to give each bride an experience that makes them feel valued, beautiful and heard by having a devoted space to try on gowns with a professional consultant that can bring your vision to life. We have a walkway area and stage to reveal the dresses to your guests.

Do I need to book an appointment to try on gowns?

Yes. Click on Book Bridal Appointment to schedule online or call us at 360-692-9600.  We do our best to accommodate same day appointments.

Is there a charge for a Bridal Appointment?

Yes, we charge $50 for a bridal appointment. We credit $50 towards the price of your gown when you purchase that same day.

How can I change or cancel my appointment?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call us at 360-692-9600 during store hours. 

What if  I need a second follow up Appointment?

Please speak with your Bridal Consultant.

How long is my appointment?

Each appointment is scheduled for up to 90 minutes. This allows time to find the perfect gown.

How many guests can I bring?

The guests you bring to your appointment should be there to support you and enjoy the happy experience of finding your dream gown. We find that having up to 4 guests is the perfect number.

How long does is take to get my gown?

It can take up to 4 – 5 months for delivery if you special order your gown.  In-stock purchases can be taken home on the day of your appointment.

Do you offer Alterations?

Yes!  We have in-house alterations at an additional cost.  Depending on the time of year, it can take up to 2 months from your try on appointment to complete alterations. 

How can I pay for my wedding gown?

In addition to accepting all major credit cards, we offer a zero interest layaway on in-stock gowns. Layaways are for 60 days, with 3 equal payments on date of purchase, in 30 days, and 60 days. Layaways must be picked up within 60 days of purchase.

What sizes do you have in-store to try on?

Our stock is constantly changing, however we normally carry sizes 2 – 30W.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any purchases.

How can I share my Benita’s Experience?

We love to stay in touch with all of you! Whether you purchased a bridal gown, prom dress, formal gown, or rented a tux, tag us in your pictures so we can see the final look:)  We will share them to our Instagram as we are tagged!
